I feel for you! Unfortunately so much o...Oh Lisa. I feel for you! Unfortunately so much of this sounds familiar. The snoring, the nightime pooping and leaking, the kids crying after 30 minutes of semi-sleep... Although I don't recall giraffe dreams. =0) The only sage advice I have is Pampers swaddlers.... They are the ONLY diapers that stopped the up the back pooping leaks from leaving the diapers. My son was notorious for doing this same thing! I also bought some large waterproof pads and laid them across the bed then covered them in a large receiving blanket JUST in case we had a leak. That way I wasn't changing the whole bed as well as the baby. Good luck.
