Team Cael

I have a friend whose little boy, Cael, has Ds. Like Karly and Laurie, I knew Liz from an online pregnancy site, and after Finn was born, she (like Karly and Laurie) was one of the first people to reach out to me and offer me some much needed support. Her little boy is in the midst of dealing with some medical issues, and I just wanted to put the word out here. You can follow their story and offer support at Team Cael.
