CAUTION: If you don't want to hear the utter craziness of a passel of kids, turn your volume down.
It's so funny to see Finn upright like this! And I'm once again struck by the fact that these things can't be forced. I tried a number of times to get him to walk behind his push toy over the last few months, and he would just collapse his legs, refusing. He just wasn't going to do it a moment sooner than when he was ready to. And now, look at him go!!

That is soo great!!! Go Finn.
Great job, Finn!!! He's so fast and really maneuvers that thing well. My favorite part was the "Let him do it himself" and "Get out of his way" comments! LOL! I say those repeatedly throughout the day, too.
That was very encouraging as we're still at the collapsing the legs when put in front of the push toy stage.
Go Finn Go! And as Alex would say in the loudest voice possible GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - I should rent this kid out to the soccer announcers!
YEAH FINN!! Some things are just worth waiting for:)
Way to go Finn!!! Lisa, you're right about our kids doing it when they are ready.I've thought several times about asking you if I could call you and talk about therapy issues.Ruby is just not liking it right now and her crying makes me sad.I hate OT,it just seems useless.I do think she needs ST because they are working on her eating problems but Ruby loves her ST therapist and doesn't cry.
Anyway,Yay,Finn! Oh,and your house sounds like mine :)
Great job Finn!! Look out mummy, not long to go now!
And congrats on letting him find his own way with the right support (ie you and your family). Who wants their child to look back at their childhood and only remember therapy as being forced to do something they hated?
Oh my gosh Lisa! This had me CRACKING up...first of all Finn is a superstar at that and what a little energizer bunny! Second your house looks and sounds a lot like mine and I love how Finn is totally unfazed by it all and just busy doing his thing! Thanks for making me smile this afternoon :)!!!
Go Finn!!!! And it was cracking me up how he just kept trucking, making sure that you were still filming, while his sisters were raising cain around him. Loved it!
YAY, Finn!!!!!! And look at him steer that thing! Uh oh... new driver on the loose!
So glad to see him doing this so well!! And you're right, it's all about THEIR timing :)
I just saw this trailer and the sister reminded me of Kevin with how great he is advocating for Finn. Didn't know if you had seen it, but thought I would share just in case you hadn't.
