Thought I'd throw some levity out there after yesterday's downer of a post . . .
My kids attend two different schools at the moment: Kevin attends middle school at one school, and the twins attend preschool at that same school, while Joey attends first grade at a different school. The two schools are a couple miles apart from each other and the drop off times are staggered, and it's a mad dash every morning to get everyone where they're supposed to be on time.
So this morning I got Kevin and the girls to their respective classes and then began the power walk back to the truck with Joey, Lilah, and Finn in tow, for the drive across town to get Joey to school on time. We get to the truck and I realize that Finn has a diaper full of poop . . . eewww! So I lay him down on the seat and proceed to undress his lower parts to change him, whereupon he lets loose a stream of pee in all directions (even hitting himself in the face with it).
In light of the cleanup, I got Joey to school on time by the skin of his teeth.
It's nice to know that, DS or not, boys are soooo predictible ;)

That's so cute and funny :) :) :)
Boys will be boys. I better be careful I haven't been peed on in a while. I am about due.
I laughed when I read this...
I have three boys (13, 6, and 2) but Megan is our first girl. I've never changed a girls diaper before. So imagine my surprise when I found out that girls can do this too. I figured it might just dribble out; not squirt up into the air and all over the place as she wiggled around!
